So I tried to figure it out alone, Initially when I put the windows 10 USB in, the computer would do the same thing show the logo then go to the windows boot manger error. I called Microsoft again and explained everything, asked if she could walk me thru what I needed to do she said 'its not that difficult sir' then just hung up on me. So I decided just to go buy windows 10 and install it, might as well update if I messed up the hard drive or something by losing power during the factory reset. I contacted Microsoft and emachine who gave me no help. a recent hardware or software might be the cause' The then give instructions to insert the windows installation disk and if I don't have the disk, contact the manufacturer.
